More About Me
After visiting/vacationing in the Outer Banks for over 25 years I moved to Nags Head in 2007. I've been in the shoes of many of my clients who want to own a place in the Outer Banks. I see their excitement which reminds me of how I felt when purchasing my second home. I thoroughly enjoy working as a Realtor and also get a tremendous amount of satisfaction working with first time home buyers.
I grew up in Colonial Heights, VA, and earned a degree in Accounting & History from Barton College (formerly Atlantic Christian College) in Wilson, NC. I was a member of Sigma Pi Fraternity at Barton where I served as President, Vice-President and Treasurer.
As a buyer's agent I assist clients with every aspect of the buying process. This includes showing properties, negotiating offers, recommending lenders, inspectors, insurers, and so forth.
As a seller's agent, I will discuss the process with you, provide my Listing and Marketing Presentation, as well as a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) which allows you to better price your property for the market. I also use a professional photographer to take my listing pictures.
I have volunteered as a Dare County Youth Rec league basketball coach; volunteered with the Manteo High School PTO, Outer Banks Marathon and the Outer Banks Seafood Festival.
Member of the Outer Banks Sports Club. I also enjoy music, reading and sports.
